I'm Pam, a 16 year old junior at Eureka High School. I've been involved with FTC and the Mesons for 3 years now, and am currently Co-Captaining the Mesons along with Kenzie. I've had a passion for computer science since middle school, and have been self teaching ever since. I plan on majoring in computer science. I'm super enthusiastic to have another great year in robotics, and will hopefully be working to improve our team as a whole, as well as enrich the lives of everyone in it! Other activities I am involved in are National Honor Society, E!Crew, horseback riding, the Eureka Computer Science Initiative, the Rockwood Technology Committee, an independent behavioral research project, and choir. Lalia Muneton
I am 16 years old and I’m a junior at Eureka High School. This is my second year being in robotics. I mainly help fundraise for the Mesons . Currently I am enrolled in Biomedical Science because I am interested in pursuing a career in biomedical engineering. I also participate in HOSA, Photography club, and track. Ben Taul
I’m a 16 year old junior at Eureka Sr. High. This is my second year of robotics. I had experience with robots in middle school with FLL and I also have experience with CAD and how it works. I think that this is going to be a fun year and can’t wait to see how it goes. Ian Wade
I’m a 17 y/o programmer of the Mesons robotics team. As a senior, I very much regret waiting until this year to join robotics, as so far, I am enjoying it a lot. I’m finally able to use my coding and computer skills for real use, and that just excites me more for the future. Other than programming, I am a graphic designer (self-proclaimed of course), and I love making music. Along with robotics, other school activities I’m included in are Choir and Computer Science club. Hope robotics will make my senior year one of the best in high school! Kyan Ho
I’m a 14 year old freshman on the Mesons, team 3592. This is my first year on the team, and I’m excited to get a chance to be on the team! I am tasked with outreach, and some of my tasks are contacting sponsors and booking activities for the team. I also occasionally do some other things. I am part of the school’s band and mock trial in addition to robotics. |

I am 17 years old and a senior at Eureka High School and this is my second year in robotics and I am co captaining with Pam. I am very excited to create an organized team and help design the robot, which also means helping others learn about the engineering process. I have wanted to do robotics since freshman year, but decided to do softball instead, which is one of my biggest regrets of high school. This year I did not want to play, so I started on another passion engineering. I am currently enrolled in PLTW classes, also I have been introduced to engineering from a young age with both my parents. Other activities I am involved in are NHS, executive member in ECrew, Chamber Choir, church band, and I do a lot of volunteer work through different organizations. Ashleigh Abbott
I am a 17 year old junior at Eureka High School. I joined the Mesons robotics team last year because of my interest in engineering and the team has helped me apply the principles I have learned to a project. I am currently in the third year of engineering PLTW classes and am also in Calculus and AP Chemistry to aid me in becoming a chemical engineer. This year I am the leader of outreach and fundraising so I plan on teaching our new members about the tasks that we need to fulfill. Other than robotics, I have played softball for the high school, am in NHS, E!Crew, and this year started a cheer team for students with and without disabilities - the Sparkle Squad - so they feel included. Mitchell Sellers
I am a 15 year old sophomore at EHS and I am the build captain on the Mesons. My daily tasks include instructing the new builders and designing new ideas. I also maintain the build team and keep everyone on task and focused on what they are working on. In addition to the many hours every week I spend in robotics, I also play euphonium in the school band and I am in chess club. Grant Miller
I'm a 16 year old Sophomore new to the team 3592 Mesons. I joined for the fun and experience and hand on activities. In the future I’m wanting to be an architect. I took a year worth of Auto CAD in 2015-2016 in Mr. Spellmeyer’s class called Architectural Design 1 and 2. I loved his class and will be continuing more classes like it throughout high school. My role on the team is Auto CAD. My daily tasks each meeting after school is to help with designing and build team and turn our real life model into a 3D model on the computer. Anton Fleming
My name is Anton Fleming and I am 14 years old and I am also a freshman. The reason I joined robotics is because I thought it would be interesting and fun club to be in. My role on my team is build and design. Also my favorite animal is a cat and my favorite subject is science. I love being outside and hiking. Skiing and sledding is one of my favorite things to do in the winter also. I am very excited about robotics this year and can't wait for our first competition. MacLeod Bracken
I am a 16 year old student at Eureka High School on robotics team 3592, the Mesons. I’m new to the team this year and am serving as a programmer within the team. Some of the languages used to program these robots as well as the syntaxes used with them are new to me, but I am not new to programming; therefore, it isn’t a big challenge. Hopefully I’ll be a good contribution to the team. Some things I do outside of robotics include my participation in the “Programmer’s Club” at Eureka, as well as captaining the chess and Magic: The Gathering clubs, while outside of Eureka I take martial arts, game, and pursue my goal of becoming a professional, ETHICAL hacker. |
